Reynolds Ford was a huge help to us. We were given Ethan Nelson as a salesman and right from the start he went above and beyond. Our new car we bought from another dealership was breaking down. They came and towed it for us and helped us realize the issue. Their body shop and service department were just as helpful and understanding. We went through every possible way we could fix our issue and ended up getting a brand new Fusion from them. After our purchase he continued to reach out keep contact and be there for all our car needs. So when we were ready to purchase our second vehicle we knew right where to go. Now we have purchased 3 vehicles from Reynolds Ford and Ethan and we couldn't be happier. With all their help we were even able to get into our dream vehicle. Wont go anywhere else or work with anyone else.
This dealership seems to prioritize taking advantage of vulnerable consumers than being an ethical business. They do NOT deserve your patronage and you hard earned dollars. Shop elsewhere!
My stepdad had been working with a guy this week about a truck we were interested in purchasing. We were supposed to come in today to purchase the truck but you guys decided to take a "better" deal without even having the courtesy to let us know- Instead we had to contact the sales person we were working with and find out that information. Not cool. I've worked in sales and retail my whole professional career and would never not communication something like this or ignore a customer who was interested in doing business because you received a "better offer". So unprofessional. But I'm sure another ford dealership in the area would love to do business with us.
Shame on Ethan, the salesman, and his finance manager. A friend who has some learning disabilities received a postcard from them in the mail offering a gift card if you stop in. She didn't understand that this was a sales technique, and since she and her now deceased mother had both purchased cars from them in the past, she thought the offer was real. Her disabilities are easily evident and they took advantage of her gullibility and pressured her into buying a new car that they knew she could not afford. She tried to explain to Ethan that she only came in for the gift card but he kept pressuring her about the car. She is a people pleaser and he knew it and took advantage of it. She repeatedly told him she didn't want a new car so he brought two more men who bullied her into signing the sales paperwork. She cried as she told them that she couldn't afford it but they couldn't have cared less about what she had to say, they were making a sale. A good friend of her family went back to the dealership with her within 24 hours and tried to explain the manager about her situation and that she didn't want the car and cannot afford it as she lives a very limited income. They were very rude about the situation and refused to even discuss canceling the contract. Their opinion was that they had a signed contract and they didn't care what she was going through. I am so angry that these so called "professional salesmen" would treat anyone like this especially one who they clearly knew was an easy target. Does Reynolds need money so badly that they will bully a disabled woman? Shame on each and everyone of them and I ask that if you care about those with learning disabilities that you would take your business to another dealership! They do not deserve your business!!!
I couldn't have a worse experience! Sales guy was good, but everything after that sucked. Needless to say I bought a car (I understand used and as is) that once i got it home doesn't run. Service Manager says "We don't put cars on the lot that have problems." If that were true I wouldn't be writing this!
