I love renting from Hertz! They have a great staff, and very dependable vehicles.
I have rented a car from this location. dropping of and picking up car went very well. I am charged more than what i reserved the car for. when i tried to resolve this issue with hertz people they told me to wait couple of days for their manager to comeback and change the price.I tried couple of times to talk about this issue but nothing helped. Its been a month no body contacted me regarding this issue. should i still wait?
