Been using this company for years. For a small shop they try to please all their customers. Great service great prices!
There is no way that being in an 8 - 10 AM window for service would not get performed unless someone did not check in to work or just plain didn't do their job. I will never use this company again for work and will be sure to make sure no one that I know uses them either.
Called last week to have a broken water pipe fixed at a rental house in East Moline. They went by to look at the pipe and was told they were going to go get the pipe and never came
back. Called them on Friday and was quoted a price. Price was ok....4 days later and the pipes are still not fixed .... I called someone else....very unprofessional. If they had a minus star that's what I would rate them.
If I could give a negative star I would. "This was one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked with." Will not fix new central ac and will not return my calls.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. This was one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked with. Had a window of 8 - 10 AM scheduled for service on a rental property that did not have heat. Called Kim the operator @ 9:45 wondering why I hadn't heard from anyone. She was very nice and I assume tried her best to get it taken care of. I was told the technician was behind schedule and would call when on his way.
4:45 came and I called again, spoke to Kim again and was told the order had been received by the technician but no one communicated to me the entire day and work was not performed. I had moved schedules on the day of service so I could be available and now have to find another company to perform the work.
