Very fast. I had a pizza delivered to my house and when they came I gave them a 20. My pizza was $15 and I was going to give a $3 tip and I was expecting change. But he walked away in a hurry without saying anything...
We order dominos at least 3/4 times a month Last week I ordered dominos online, and they messed up the kind of pizza we wanted it was late at night so we just settled, today for a late lunch i ordered pizza online for a coworker & I, again they messed up the order and didn't put our sausage on our pizza... after calling the manager said I didn't click sausage but my confirmation email said different! Then he said that they no longer carried that sausage so why is it on the menu!? THE ONLY THING HE HAD TO SAY WAS ILL SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO TAKE IT OFF THE MENU. Alright but what are you goin to do about my wrong pizza!? I won't be ordering from dominos anymore & I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to either :) but on the bright side delivery boy was very nice :)
We order from Dominoes about once a week. (Pizza Friday) and the pizza is usually good. And today was not much different. However when the pizza arrived, the sausage was not baked into the pizza. Kind of like they forgot to put the sausage on and just threw them on the top at the end. So when we picked up the pizza all the sausage fell off. But mistakes happen. I called and spoke to the manager Zack who sent out another pizza and it was perfect. Thank you so much for the great customer service.
Never disappoints. Not super fast but always gets it right. That's what is important.
