We had a very good experience given that we were there for the worst reason possible. We had to put our dog down which is nothing anyone ever looks forward to doing. The staff at Furever Family were extremely patient and genuinely kind to us and our dog. The facility is inviting and clean. I would recommend this center to anyone who is looking for pet care from people who actually do care. They certainly made the best out of the worst situation. Kenya had always been anxious & scared of going to the vet. Finding a Fear Free℠ certified veterinary facility was definitely an answer to our prayers. The staff seemed truly committed to all aspects of pet health, and always asked how she was doing, knowing she was petrified of going to the vet. Dr. Hook went above and beyond for us when our elderly dog could no longer get around. She and her staff came to our home within hours to help her pass peacefully surrounded by family. Dr Hook and her staff are AMAZING. They are always so knowledgeable but still able to describe things in a way that makes sense to pet parents. They don't rush you in and out and truly care about the health and well-being of your pet and how to best meet their needs. They are truly 5 stars.
We love this place! Staff is friendly and professional! It’s never a struggle to get my fur kids to this clinic because they get treated like they are part of the family.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff and wonderful environment. We took our cat Shukaku here for a complete check up. She is normally very upset and scared around new people; however, once we entered the clinic, she calmed down right away. It was amazing! I can't recommend this place enough we will differently come back next year for our cats yearly check up.
